I hope to be in the boat by this weekend. Will likely be on the north shore. The south shore will have to wait, as all of the close landings are in the St Louis river, and she is still locked up good. If there are light winds i may run over from the north shore, but it all depends where I can find the specific water that i like to fish.

Last night, a light sheet of ice formed from Duluth on out to the Lester, but sounds like we are getting a front coming in Thursday, so she should blow out and or break up.
