Snow in Walker/Leech Lake Area

    A bunch of guys are coming up tomorrow for a weekend of Perch fishing. We did not get any snow in Grand Rapids, stayed south of here from the sounds of it. Just wondering how much the Walker area got??

    From what my parents said this morning they had 6-8 inches in Lake George which is west of Laporte. They also said they had some pretty good sized drifts.

    Hard to say how much as it really blew around. But it snowed long enough to have a pretty good drop. Will sure make a mess out of the lake, atleast were it blew into. I would imagine some spots blew clean of snow. We were lucky last year but the norm is heavy March snow. But it will melt and not hold up the coming of spring to bad,,,,I hope!! Im so ready to flip a jig and minnow into a walleyes mouth!!!
