De Pere dam action

    Anyone been out fishing the dam by De Pere? I plan to try it out this weekend.

    Made about 4 trips up there so far this fall. Results range from 5 eyes to 25 depending on the wind. Wind out of the north raises the water level, creating a better bite. Water is LOW—- watch yourself if you go beyond the power lines! Most fish are 17-20″ with a few 25’s thrown in the mix. Pitching jigs and ringworms or cranks in the shallow(3 ft) rocks.     Helps alot. I will post my results bad or good when I get back home. Grew up in Green Bay, but not live in Minnesota so I only fish around there for the holidays. Thanks.
