Lay slice of onion, green pepper or red pepper on walleye fillet and roll up. Then roll a slice of thick sliced smoked bacon and secure with tooth picks. Place on grill and cook until bacon is just a little crispy or walleye fillet is cooked. Season with your favorite seasonings. Daughter “cooked” up this one.

Are you cooking the wraps right on the grate of the grill or in the pan? I do duck breasts similiar to this and put them right on the grate.

    Thanks for the great recipe!
