    First northbound tow of the season at lock 4 now. Should be in Lake Pepin before long. Spring is official here on the mighty river.

    Couldn’t see any ice from my vantage yesterday.
    Even if it is in spots, they’ll bust it up.

    That’ll mess up a good bite!
