    Just noticed Scheels has a nice sale going on the Fenwick Elite Walleye rods. Only a couple models left in stock, but they $70 off. I have 4 of the previous model and they are a dang good rod for the money.

    Fleet farm is selling eagle claw trolling rods as well . 20 bucks for the 10 footers.

    Fenwick redid all their rods for this coming season.

    These elite walleye rods on sale are a newer version than the previous “elite tech walleye”. Are they coming with another version of these? Or just in general they’re updating their line?

    They have another 2024 version already available in some retail locations. I have some older versions (5-10 years) and like them a fair amount and these versions are generally a good rod for the money but the handle is a bit think in the hand for my liking.
