Had a 09 Lund Tyee GL186,(Glass) rated for 8 persons. The way the bow is configured allows for 2 legal seating. Great family boat, ski pylon etc. Also fished well on bodies of water like Mille lacs and LOTW.

How can you tell if seating is legal in the bow?

The owners manual will show it and there should be a tag in the boat.

Sorry I can’t help you but this thread sure gave me some new ideas. I’m leaning towards a 1875 Lund Impact XS for the popup bench seats. Should be plenty of room for 6. The easy stow bimini top so I can stay out longer on those blistering hot, or rainy days. And the fold-able ladder and ski pylon for when the kids get sick of fishing. Little things like the rod locker and unique side-well storage have me drooling too. Now to work on those lottery tickets…..
