    I was on Otter Tail this weekend. Alex area tonight. Overall pretty tough bite this weekend. Fish are shallow, spooky, and scattered. Can’t figure out a pattern. Found about 100 fish stacked up on the edges of a small stretch of cattails. Threw the book at em, no dice.

    Did find a group of crappies that were kinda fun to pick at with the jiggin rap though.

    Night bite for us never really took off but we caught fish. Highlight was a 25″ and 28″ double. Several 24-25″s, 26.5″ and a 27″ thru the weekend.

    Family member who has/had a cabin up there we got to each spring and fall just sold it, not sure when I’ll be back up. Time to start exploring other waters, was a good run.

    Can always go back? Leech is a fun lake. Nice catch.
