The fall bite is heating up real good right now. In a short outing on Friday evening 2 of us caught 9 walleyes with 7 of them being over 20”. Biggest was a fat 26” fish. I also caught my largest Bass of the season. A nice 21.25” fish. yesterday morning I caught a 38 l pike . Probably my largest pike in Minnesota . Last week we also got on a great panfish bite. 3 of us keep 40 sunfish and 12 crappies. The sunfish were mostly in the 8-8.5” range with a few 9”+ in the mix ( they were released ). The crappies were in the 11” range with a few larger ones also released

I’m not rifle deer hunting this year ( 1st time missed in 42 years ) My boat will be keep out of storage for at least a extra month this year, if not more. I’m looking forward to way more Great Fall fishing than I’ve ever done before. Already making plans for a outing on deer hunting opener weekend.

Not sure where you guys are fishing but the Mississippi on P2 was 46-48 last weekend.

And going back up and dirty. What a year.
Let’s see how this is going to play out for ice fishing on the river.

Just when the bite seems to pick up Mother Nature deals us another blow. Tough fall so far.
