So everything is ready to go,….now I’m bored with walleye thrashing in my dreams. I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone does on opening day LAKE fishing.

Friday-Sunday=Lake Ossawinamakee jigging with mostly bottle openers and shot glasses and then Sunday-Wednesday will be at LOTW at Randalls Resort. Probably drifting and jigging.

Ah-saw-win-a-ma-key. Everyone usually gets a kick out of that name. It’s right outside of Breezy Point connected to Pelican Lake. Terrible fishing, but it’s a family tradition. That’s why it is followed by LOTW

Team Honky Tonk is headed for Mille Lacs for a “friendly gentlemens tournament”, titled the “Big D Classic”. Took second last year,…losing to the only 28 inch fish caught. Kooty and I are going to put that trophy where it belongs.

I haven’t seen any rules yet, so I’ll hold any futher comments. I just hope bringing nothing but 19.5″ limits in is good enough for something besides feeding Kooty fresh fish!!

My brother has some property up on the north side (Mille Lacs) off from the golf course (Bill’s) Just built a garage last fall and on and off all winter. We should have the whole crew together and if the fishing is half as good as it was last year, we should have plenty of campfire time and fish fry after fish fry. Life sure sucks

Lake Johanna in Pope County. I’ll be out with my father-in-law. Hopefully we can nail some ‘eyes trolling cranks.
I know we will nail pike and bass accidentally.
