Have there been any changes made as far as limit, length, etc. for 2004, for the lake or bay for walleyes?

Sorry about not getting back to you sooner…. Here is a link to the Ohio Dept. Natural Resources website. They are changing the limits for walleye in the spring.
A biologist from the fisheries dept. did a presentation at our clubs meeting this past month and told us that 2003 was one of the best walleye hatches in YEARS!!! Its looking like we are going to have some awesone walleye fishing in the next couple of years. The put in a 15″ size limit to help protect the upcoming year classes… He said that if we can get a another hatch or two like this there is a good chance we can have fishing like it was in the 80’s!!! AWESOME!!!!

Looking forward to nothing but long days of monster walleyes and enjoying fish tales with the guys at the end of the day at Nick’s!!Oh yeah…we are staying at Mar-Lu hotel and Marina again this year. We will be in the cabins instead of the trailer this year to accomodate the larger group this year!
