Lakemaster or Navionics?

    Which one do you all recommend! Did they put out a new version of the promap? Pros and cons of each would be great. Thanks in advance!!!

    Lakemaster. Better detail. The new Premier Chip has almost 800 lakes.

    I possibly fish 3 maybe 4 states a year so I run the Navtronics. 1 chip covers them all. Plus I can sit in the house on non fishing days and look over different lakes and plan future excursions. Both are good IMO.

    I agree with Derek, I have been very satisfied with lakemaster. I recently got the WI. chip and it shows details of lakes they don’t even list.

    I have used them both at home here on Mille Lacs. I find that the Lakemaster has the ability to zoom in closer. Which allows me to find those tight turns in a reef or a flat that I’m looking for! That detail will give you that edge you need on some days!!

    I think if you had the opportunity to try each one of them out. You would decide on the Lakemaster chip…….

    I have had both, I like the lakemaster detail better!
