    This was sent out to us in the form of what we believe to be a bulletin to dealerships. This info wasn’t available on the Mercury Marine website so we’re pretty certain this is “hot off the presses.”

    What is 3-Star CARB Rating?

    And does this meet the up-coming emissions requirements?

    Here’s what that means…

    The opti’s meet emission standards set through 2006 I believe.
