Wife and I have been working the diet since the first so we were ready for a cheat day. That translated into some baby backs, smoked mac & cheese, cornbread casserole, broccoli salad and cheesecake for dessert.

Leftovers went home with the company so no temptations today other than to regret giving them all away. Lol! Next hurdle will be next week when a friend asked me to cater a birthday party for 30 friends and family.

With cooking skills like that Im afraid you are doomed to be fat. At least you will die happy.

That’s kind of what I’m thinking.

I am making a commitment to be at the GTG next year if the ice holds for it,I think we need superdave to be the chief cook for that weekend.
I am up for putting twenty bucks in the hat for him to get there after seeing his cooking prowess, anyone else in???
