Dave just sent me some pics of the new 1/8 and 1/4 ounce draggin jigs. Finally! Those heavier sizes will be awesome on the wingies. Now all we need is the 3/8 size and we’ll have it licked!

My 2009 Bow Buck New Mount

I arrowed this buck back in October of 2009, my first bow buck. It had snapped off it’s drop tine sometime in the month prior to my shooting it. I originally made it into a European mount, with the intention of someday doing a full shoulder mount along with repairing the bladed droptine. Well, I was offered a deal I couldn’t turn down, so here he is. I also hung his sheds from 2007 on the mount.
It’s pretty exciting to have him hanging on the wall like this! I just wish the wife felt the same!

Awesome. Wive’s opinions are overrated….
Super cool mount, and ditto to what Kooty said. They get over it eventually, and it paves the way for turkeys and additional deer.
Congrats!

I agree with that!!
June 11, 2011 at 2:40 am #106767Very nice.
I have 4 heads in the house and a few more ready to get mounted but my wife believes 4 of them in the house is enough.
At times she is right.
