Scott County Iowa

Need some help on what kind of bucks scott county Iowa produces. only thing I didnt like was how close it was to the quad cities….any info would be greatly appreciated..

Flick, theres alot of river bottom timber and low land forests down that way. The Wapsi river flows through the county and Id hunt anywhere along the river. Also any timber thats along the Mississippi river bottom. Most of the whole county should be good to hunt. The size of the bucks Im sure is good with some really nice ones mixed in. I wouldn’t worry too much about the populated areas and try to find somewhere aways away from any city but along the Wapsi river bottom and the adjoining land. Take a short weekend trip and drive the county around the Wapsi river bottom and you’ll see lots of good places to hunt. Id hunt it. I do know they have alot of deer down that way, maybe message Herb on the site here, he’d know more.
