Finally got back out on the lake wed. from 6-9 pm. Water temp. was 53 on east side of lake. 3 of us in boat and managed to catch 2 small walleyes about 10 yellows. They are biting light, kinda slugish for 50 plus degree water temps. Could hook only about 25% of bites. Should just get better from here out.
Thanks for an update on clear lake Bob, FW and I was there last friday and had the same bite. hope they get great IDNR to open the fish cleaning site son. 
The lake has been a tough bite so far this year. I have yet to hear of many keepers being caught. Personally I have tried trolling/slip bobbers/ and jig and a minnow appear to be very spot on spot and spotty at best. Hopefully it will pick up with warmer weather.
