    Hey guys, a little known lake for big channels is Cross Lake in Pine City where the confluence of the Snake river leaves the lake. I have caught a number of channels over 20 lbs. there using suckers. There is a launch right there on the Snake on the east side of Cross Lake.

    is that the same lake where they ice fish for cats?

    the lake they ice fish for cats is horseshoe lake near st. cloud. I tried ice fishing the cats on cross and didn’t get any. A good day on horseshoe can be @40 channels its a blast on ice fishing gear
