    The definition of what constitutes boundary waters is not relevant, Tuck. We know where they are. The point is that there are two sets of regulations for that water and each state defines the limitations of its own regulations differently.

    Agreed. No argument there. Weird isn’t it? It only means something to us. If we were big dollar spending walleye guys, how fast do you think these laws would be ammended?
