Petenwell 12-26 tough bite

    Well it was far from easy but we did manage a few picture fish today.Marked some but struggled to get them to bite.The ones that did sure smacked it thou Still a fun day on the ice We are thinking about using the last picture for his match.com picture

    Nice fish Gutone. How did the ice hold up from all the rain? Haven’t made it over there yet this year. Was the access alright?

    Actually the ice was in the best condition of the year.Just a dusting of snow so it wasnt too slippery walking and not too much where dragging a shack sucked. There are still a few cracks to watch out for

    Should try to get together some weekend. Next couple are shot for me – two more weekends of christmas. Maybe after that. Tight lines, Bryce

    I managed to sneak down there this afternoon. We had the same luck, lots of lookers. Ended with 4 cats 2 crappies 1 little eye. Going to try and hit some old spots new years day hopefully.
