    How does everyone like to cook their bear meat? Ive got some chops thawing out right now and would like to try something new

    1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. McCormick montreal steak seasoning.

    Marinade at least 1hr. Longer is better. Throw on the grill. Do not over cook your bear!

    I’ve only had bear once, it was a roast of some sort, but the method was low and slow, and be sure not to overcook. It was good
