Are 2B rods mass produced?

Didn’t want to highjack the previous 2B thread so curious if these rods are mass produced?
If so, where are they made? If not, are they made by the same builders of Elliott rods in Northern MN?

I have new 2b and Elliott’s here, doesn’t say anything on the hang tag. I’m sure they are production rods.

Both Elliott and 2b are from Greg and Paul Thorne. Neither brand claims to be made in the USA as far as I know.

Elliott uses the line “Elliott fishing rods aren’t mass produced” but I have no idea what that means. It’s just marketing, and apparently it worked.
