The wife and I spent the weekend at red door. Didn’t get a lot of fish but they were nice. Leadcore and rigging chubs during the day and pulling sr5s at sunset worked. Most walleye were 20-24 with a 26 and 28 to boot.

    Nice fish!-

Yea, we were up there too but targeting smallmouth bass. Can’t be to disappointed though, my grandson caught a nice fish. The lake has sure turned into a walleye fishery rather than a smallmouth bass fishery. Hope it continues!

Nice work! A couple buddies and I are going up tomorrow for a full day. Was there targeted FOW that produced better than others?

Yes, I believe so – we met at the dock on Sat. morning.
We were fishing that first break 9 – 14 FOW.

Daytime we got our fish deeper. Evening we slid up to 8-10′
