    Anyone going?
I might need to pick up a pontoon, the old one got a little warm last year.

Not going. Bought my boat there in 2020 and have no need to go back.

I stopped at Rapid Marine in Shakopee for some motor maintenance items and 1/2 the show room floor was empty. They are getting ready for the show.

I was going to go and pickup a new kicker but have decided to head out to SD and go pheasant hunting instead.

I’ll probably go. I have no interest in buying a boat but I like looking at them.

There should be more deals to be had this time as compared to the past couple of years with the sales slowdown. Will be interesting.

I haven’t gone in a few years, but it’s always a good way to put yourself back in summertime imagine what is coming. However, I have a lot of ice fishing to catch up on, too, so will be wanting to do that next weekend, too.

As for pontoons, they are so many new brands coming out every year, I’m sure it will be quite the selection and interesting to see what new innovations are out there.

Let us know if you end up finding one. What brand did you have before?

The Mrs. is always looking to upgrade her tritoon, but it’s nearly impossible to keep up with all the new layouts, options, brands, and so on. I kind of forgot about the boat show and am busy, otherwise it would’ve made sense to run up.

Our current one is a 23’ 2018 Cypress Cay with a 150hp Merc

I am heading there, a great way to learn the latest and greatest, see the trends, and after buying a lake place have tons of questions for everyone. I see the Navico booth is there and I would like to talk to a factory rep about the differences in the Motorguide i5 display on my HDS Live verses the display of my new Ghost. Some nuances that don’t seem right and of course in my opinion should be fixed. BTW, Eelpout, the show starts on Thursday the 18.

We are planning on heading up. Picking up a new to me boat and then heading to the show. Weather depending…was supposed to pick up the boat on Friday. That would have been a nightmare. Coming from Iowa.

I would be super curious to know what segment of the market they are trying to market to. Maybe trying to compete with wake boats? Too bad its not an EV jester
