I am forced to sell my Adventure.

I had to sell my pick-up truck because my wife could no longer get into it due to her handicap and I can no longer leave her alone to fish. I had to buy a car and I no longer have a vehicle I can tow with.

My email address is [email protected] if you’d like to contact me.

So the following is a description that I have for sale.

Just got the boat home on 4/16 from heated inside storage and now in my garage and I’ll be dusting off the winter.
Normal dock rash and is touched up with Lund Red paint. Other than this, the boat is pretty much in new condition. Floors are solid as a rock.

I will also be changing all the fluids (oil and lower unit), replacing the fuel filters, and greasing all zerk fittings on engine providing I can get the boat pulled out of my garage by hand. If not, oil, filters (gas and oil), gear lube with gaskets for drain screws, and prop shaft grease will be given to the buyer.

Oil and gear case lube has about 15 hours since last fluid change in March 2020.

Boat was used in Lake Erie only

Boat is located at home in the garage in Elyria, Ohio (about 30 miles west of Cleveland). Being I no longer have a tow vehicle so picking it up here will be needed.

Sorry I do not know how to add pictures here but I can email some to you.

Sorry to hear about your wife. Take care and God bless you both.

Sounds like a terrific boat you have to sell. I hope you have a friend who can take you fishing when you can get away.

Thanks for your message mxskeeter. I really appreciate it.

Yes it is a great boat to fish from. Figures that I have to sell it now that I’ve got it set-up just the way I want it.

I do have a fishing friend with a boat. The problem is I cannot leave my wife long enough to make a go at it.

We have a pond at our campground where I’ll be able to fish. My wife can join me in her wheelchair so at least I can wet a line.

That is too bad Ralph. Sounds like you had a nice rig.

Over our lives, we sell cars, boats, campers, etc. Most of those items we liked but didn’t perhaps miss after a short period of time, etc.

This one will be different when it sells.

This was my little getaway from life, that isn’t treating my wife and I very well, or a place I could go to and experience a little normalcy.

Most times I fished alone, no radio blaring music or talking heads. Just the boat, myself, and sometimes a fish or two.

It won’t be easy letting it go.
