has any one ever fish here? live close and figure i will give it a shot this spring/summer. just curious looks good for pike and musky

Haven’t fished it either but I believe that back in the late 80’s somebody took a huge tiger musky out of there. Some parts of that lake are exceptionally deep jerr

More like summer of 99.
Lots of recreational traffic with dink fish. There are some nice fish but hard to find with the O2 levels going all 100 and some feet down.
I’ve caught some nice pike there – average size is definitely a lot bigger than what you get out of most metro lakes.
Totally agree about the boat traffic. It’s a super deep, CLEAR lake that can be tough to fish. I would recommend ice fishing it (if you can get access), taking your boat late fall, or if you go in the summer fish at sunrise or sunset.
