Haha no Oscar Meyer for me, these were Ambassador dogs and also can’t believe how expensive they have gotten.

Well its not “what’s for dinner tonight” it will be for dinner tomorrow.
    Brined chicken.
    First time brining for me.

I was going to do steak but I checked the PB and you can see the results. I showed it to the Belle and she said “why don’t you wrap it in bacon and put some butter on it”
I told her that was a good idea, why didn’t I think of that. rotflol

Here’s a couple from our Dominican vacation, whole fried fish at the resort and lobster/langostino on the beach. The fish they said was choiyo (sp?), and was decent. Not sure what it actually was, probably tilapia or something similar. The Lobster was excellent and had it on the beach of Saona Island.

Chili from the recipe EPG shared. It’s honestly the best chili recipe I’ve had.

Homemade pizza last night, turned out decent. Crust was a little too dense, I think the yeast was dead. Pepperoni, with some onions and garlic, artichoke sun dried tomato white sauce with chicken and bacon.

Doing a couple pork tenderloins on the grill and roasting green cabbage wedges, parsnips, and carrots in the oven tonight. Don’t know why I never thought of roasting cabbage before but it looks as easy as any other veg. Might throw in some potatoes or just nuke them if I can’t fit everything on the pan.

    Thanks Glenn! Here’s my recipe:

    Sharon’s Baked Ziti

    16 oz box Ziti pasta
1 pound ground venison or beef
    2 jars spaghetti sauce
Garlic, onion, and spices as preferred
8 oz pkg provolone cheese circle slices
1 ½ cups sour cream (12 oz approx)
    8 oz pkg shredded mozzarella
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Brown ground venison. Add the sauce, garlic, onion, and spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook Ziti pasta.

Preheat oven to 350 F and butter or spray 9×13 baking pan.

Layer: ½ pasta, ½ sauce, provolone, sour cream, remaining pasta, mozzarella cheese, remaining sauce, and top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes and serve with garlic bread and prepare to be stuffed!

What temp setting did you cook that Cod at? I’ve wanted to try that in my air fryer but have heard mix things with fish in it.

350 degrees. I’ve done it a few times with cod now and in my experience if you try to cook them too hot it burns the outside breading

Did Sharon’s baked ziti. Man that makes a pile of food, especially for 2. Had to improvise, the store didn’t have ziti noodles and I used marinara sauce instead of spaghetti sauce. Good stuff Maynard! waytogo

It’s crazy the stuff stores don’t have. Pasta has been an issue. I couldn’t find cream cheese the other day and hardly any sour cream.
