I have a good friend that has a sawmill business up in Northern Minnesota. I usually get up for a visit 2 or 3 times a year. Last winter he gave me a few pieces of a logging blade which had been damaged beyond repair. Humm,,,,,,,,,,

I enjoy watching and seeing all your work. My grandfather used to do all sorts of stuff like this and high quality wood working. This kind of thread reminds me of him.

Thanks guys. Working on a few more. I think they will make great and appreciated gifts.
Here I have some figured Walnut prepared to run thru a thickness planer. The pieces are too small to safely go thru the planer on their own, so the individual pieces are hot glued to a sled for support.
