    Rugbystar threw out a bolt of lightning across the Qwest network at 6am today that yanked me out of my warm bed.

    Actually, we had already made some tentative plans, so I won’t be too hard on him. We decided to get some fresh air this morning and try to see if Mr. Walleye was hungry in the stretch below the roller in Central City. I tossed a bunch of different plastic with no takers. By 8:30 or so, I had enough and headed in for doughnuts and coffee.

    I think the water may still be a little cold in the Wapsi to get things really started yet.

    Maybe try later in the day after things have warmed a little, sometimes it works for me in the cooler water.
