This next weekend Dean and Christine Higgins will be at the North Iowa sports show at Mason City promoting there family run walleye circuit.I will be spending alot of time there myself.This is the best circuit that I have ever fished and for those that know me they know that I have fished alot.Stop by and meet this nice family
