Wow Dean, that is a beautiful plaque. It sure would look good on our cabin wall but I am going to hedge my bet. I am going to pick Team Vandy and say they will have 24.2 pounds.
Has anyone heard if the closet sauger king is going to enter this? If Dustin pulls out his sauger skills we all may be in trouble
Team Redneck is honored just to have our name mentioned in this post and will be there to give it our best!

Team Redneck is a well oiled machine and Vandy’s boat is known for tossing back state records but I think I’ll say Hawg K.Harvey’s boat with 21.5 lbs.

Hopefully Stacie and I can make it down!

There was a team at the “Freeze Your Butt” that took 2nd with 5 saugers and no walleyes. I bet that they might do pretty well.

Yooper Invasion Team #1… Tom Gursky and Al “Zinco” Erickson are also known for dropping back state record sized Saugzillas eh Dean…
I predict we will catch some nice Sauger, have a great time fishing for a great cause, and eat several tube steaks!

Now Lenny…..you know that you don’t need to bring a 25 lb. turkey until the Turkey Combo tournament. We are talkin Saugers here.

Dean runs a GREAT FUN tournament guys. And at that time of year the fish should be biting pretty good. In fact rumor has it that Dean has the saugers scheduled to really turn on that exact date. [whew…sure glad he didn’t have Briank schedule it ] Just bring him cookies for the fish to turn on for your boat.
