    Anybody been to Guttenberg lately? Saw it was at 10 plus and holding, and didn’t know what the clarity looked like. Anybody been out?

    Travis, The Gut was 44 deg last weekend and we had a few big fish but overall slow bite. since then, don’t know much about what’s going on.

    came by Gut yesterday and all the rollers where up no boats in site.

    Spent a little time there at the end of last week. Late afternoon run till dark. Lots of grass coming down the river that clogged you up about every cast. Should be getting better. Fishing was a tough bite. Being an amatuer at this early spring walleye bite, it may well be my technique too. Lots of things to learn.
