Pool 4 questions?

    Boys,

    Heading down Red Wing this weekend and was wondering if there is anything floating in the river that I should watch out for like ice chunks? Also are there any parts of the channel that have ice on them? I haven’t been down there since last summer and I just want to make sure that I don’t run the LUND into anything that could scratch it….lol!

    The river is basically ice free. It is open from the dam well into the head of the lake. There could always be stray ice chunks this time of year as ice breaks off above the dam and comes over it. Not very common to see big/thick chunks, but it’s always a good idea to keep an eye out.
