Does Minnesota and Wisconsin require a patch of skin left on Walleye and Sauger fillets to distinguish between the two species?

I know in Minnesota if you are fishing in the northern part of the state and have fish it is required that a 1″ piece of skin remains on each fillet if they get frozen or are in a cooler to bring fillets home.

Also , I bieve you need to leave the tail and fins intact on all saugers.

Talking about pool 4 fish, although I assume the ruling would apply state wide.
