Was nice getting on the river this morning, been going around to different events sharing about Jesus really cuts into the fishing but its by far more important. The day started out good boxed a decent eye in the first 5 min and then nothing, moved to another area and boxed another the wind was tough then add sleet its crazy got sick of battling the the wind, tucked in out of the wind by the vermillion and picked up another kept working the area till hypothermia started setting in and battled waves back to Everts, really slow bite right now 5 hours and 3 fish all three were caught on different things, 1 on a floating jig head, 1 one a firecracker paddletail and 1 on a black blade, tough fishing

I feel for you, tough bite and conditions. Had the same on Friday. Lets hope the post-spawn bite makes up for it.

I would think it will, give it another 2-3 weeks and the fish should turn to their normal may feeding schedule.

    Just tryin to be optimistic
