upgrading the NY tuffy

    Just ordered a power pole shallow water anchor system for the New York Tuffy. got a 8ft sportsman model for a GREAT price. been TOO many times on a windy day drifting that I wished I had one. I will get photos of install when winter is gone and the boat is ready. Next up in 4 weeks is a new tempest 19″ prop and hardware for the 150 opti. then 4 weeks after that upgrading the HDS-8 to LSS. This spring the little 1760 will be loaded up just the way I want it.
    Can’t wait…

    Just keep in mind next winter you will want to install a 2nd power pole so you can “walk” the boat down the shoreline without the noise of the trolling motor.

    Is there no end to the toys we can mount on our boats?
