Should there be more signs like this in Wisconsin?

    One of the reasons I no longer trout fish. Unfortunately I remember as a kid going down the crick with a can of freshly dug worms, a cane pole and keeping a smallish brookie or two. I was so thrilled. Now days it would difficult to send any young kids down to the local crick without and lawyer to interpret the “rules”.
