    Low’s in the 70’s! It’s tee-shirt and PFD weather at 1:00 AM!

    …and the flathead rod and reels are still hanging in the garage. (sigh)

    I believe the catfish slime in my veins is slowly draining. coffee

    Now is the time to get out there and stick’em!!

    No guiding anymore Brian? Myself and a buddy shorefished the MN over the weekend and got a ton of bites but nothing seemed to want to actually take the bait. Sure seemed like the small and continuous tapping bites a flathead would make and some were the nice big pops and channel will produce. Just couldn’t hook up with them. Encouraging even though we only landed a couple.

    Catfishing sure has become fun for myself and some buddies over the last couple years.
