Hi, looking to go to the pond on Sat. AM leave around 6AM and return the same day. I live on 22/viking blv. 3 miles off of hwy65. Would like to try some open basin trolling and rigging if the bite is still happening. Open to other ideas/tactics also. Would also join a member in their rig and help pay for fuel/bait. I work nights email me and I will get back to ya Fri. afternoon eve. 621 Ranger/250prox-15bigfoot [email protected]

Just a heads up the 2 day MTT tournament is going on this weekend so I would imagine you will see a ton of guys pulling cranks either leadcore or open basin. If the wind kicks up don’t be afraid to look shallow. We caught some nice perch along with a few keeper walleyes in less than 10 feet of water last saturday during the middle of the day.
