Fishing remains spotty at best, but some bigger girls are starting to show up which is nice to see. Seems like every time out or other time out a 25 plus incher sees the ice. The 10 inchers are still around tho! Vehicles are driving out all over but it is starting to get tough as there are no plowed roads or anything and the snow is getting deep!

Fishing any kind of structure weather it is a 1 foot drop or rise seems to be good. Anywhere from 10 to 5 feet has been producing fish and 20 feet on the big break in the shipping channel. I would not drive near the channel tho as you will pop your tire instantly with all the jagged ice. Water clarity is bad right now, as you cant see down 2 feet. Ill post more later when i have more time, homework is a killer lol!

How do you get any homework done with those walleyes calling your name every day?!

By the way… cool pic. Makes me want to get back out on the ice.

Thanks for the update Grant, I think I’d have a hard time getting any kind of work done with a walleye bite like that going on
