    I bought some (too much) from Schafer’s Fish Market.

    I leaving on a boat ride down the Mississippi to St Louis and back in 15 days and need the freezer space.

    If you would like to try smoked Asian (Silver) carp, contact me. Pickup can be made by car or boat in the !Harbor Bar Marina most anytime with advance notice.
