I pulled my card from my Bushnell this afternoon during my bow hunt. Found this buck went thru this morning with signs of shedded horn syndrome. They say fatigue or trauma may cause early dropping. Well this guy is missing his left rear ankle and hoof.

he must have been on the neighbors property. one day I counted 40 shots in 10 minutes, I find many wounded or dead deer every year. If only they made the gun hunters guns hold only 2 or 3 shots, maybe we wouldn’t have so many left in the woods.

If a hunter or wanna be hunter did this I’m saddened. If mother nature did this I guess I’m saddened too. Hopefully he has adapted ok and is not in pain. I guess look for a goofy racked buck next season. Thanks for sharing.

It will be interesting if he makes it through the winter. Keep us updated Zimmy!
