Seats that don't squeek, or rock

    My 2008 SmokerCraft has nice seats, but they rock and squeek when used in the bow, or stern. Anyone have a fix for this?

    I used a little bit of paste wax to get rid of the squeaks in my boats.

    Are they rocking at the base or IN the base?

    The seat and post are moved to the bow base, and rock slightly, and squeak. Same with the back position. I dont move the driver or passenger seat, and they don’t seem to have this problem….

    FW might have something to say about that. In this case, FW would stand for Future Wife, if she lets me hang around long enough.
