Went out this am to try for Cats after a short stint of walleye/whitebass fishing. Got a few Whitebass and no walleyes after a half hour or so.
Anyways , Headed up river a ways from Fort and got 7 Cats and missed a dozen or so in a couple different spots. No real size but perfect eater sized fish from 2 to 4 pounds. They were on the feed in a big way today. All fish were caught on stink bait. Did’nt keep any this Cats time around.
Saw a fair amount of Whitebass caught today by others both on shore and from boats.
