And I really dont miss the game, maybe miss the 1st spring practices and tournaments of the year. Kind of like the walleye opener, I missed due to touraments every spring. Now I spend more money all winter upgrading fishing equiptment / rather than softball equiptment. And enjoy teaching my two sons what my Grandfather has taught us grand kids when we were little guys, To fish and camp and fish then hunt and hunt some more and throw in some trapping. So I hope to mold two more sportsmen, three if you count my wife she likes to “fish”, not that softball was bad. MY now 9 year old learned how to hit a pitched softball at age 4 out of the infeild and now is one of the most feared hitters in his baseball leauge. Loved the game……..Jeff

I bet we may have played against each other back in the day unless you were playing in upper level leagues/tourneys. I used to play in tournaments with the Spa Tavern and Arbor Dell.
Oh yea, one of my buds got four walleyes last night in the early a.m. hours off the Rock. They were 16, 18, 19, and 21 inches long. Check out the Lake Michigan thread!!!
