Resort/lodging/guide service recommendations

    Hi all, I’m looking into staying at a resort/lodge with decent reasonably priced accommodations sometime during the period of July 30th – August 7th (Thursday to Friday) on the Minnesota side of Rainy Lake for me and my girl. Also interested in fishing guide services for a day or so early on during that period. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Awesome, thanks! I actually contacted Chris already. I should have mentioned we’re looking for dog-friendly accommodations, we’re bringing my 2 dogs.

    Rainy Lake Houseboats! They are spendy but they are awesome, and I think they have one specifically designed for one couple. They also have guides, and I believe are dog friendly.

    Camp on a island. Bears find dogs to be a great snack. jester
