lost lake

what ever happen to the lake they were building in scott county IA.they have been talking about it for years,but all i see is public hunting ground.they opened a new lake somewhere recently,but not lost lake.i was hoping to have a place to take grand kids(whenever that happens),i hope when it does open,they have some handicapped access areas,because my grand kids will be old enough to take me fishing,,,,,,,,,,,eyesrit
