Please help with Humminbird transducer placement

    I’m not able to fit the transducer with side imaging where my previous transducer was due to the metal lines on the lower unit. Also blocking me is the aerator feed and drain from tank. It will not fit any where in the recessed portion of the boat. Is it possible to put it in either of the blue spots where I marked? Or will the lower drive unit block the side imaging?

    Get a second transducer.
    Mount one on the Port, and one on Starboard.
    Mount them each so they are not blocked by things like a silly aerator feed.
    Get a Split SI cable.

    Then you’ll enjoy crisp images.
