What is the best thing to use for getting pine sap off of my truck paint and windshield safely?

If butter works sure sounds safer than what I use. Either Isopropyl or rem-oil. I mostly just use iso.
January 31, 2017 at 8:39 am #1670081My wife insists on parking under some big red pines at work. I use bug and tar remover, it doesn’t do too good. Once it gets baked on, it is hard as super glue.
January 31, 2017 at 9:05 am #1670084WD-40 works good. Wipe it clean with water and vinegar afterwards. I always will wax the car after doing any sap removal to help protect the paint.
