    Andy and I were out on the ice this morning for about 4-5 hours . And got a nice dose of mother nature blowing off some of her attitude We worked real hard to catch a dozen keepers between the two of us, Andy being the main contributor. We had a lot of bending of the spring bobbers but our catch ratio was about 1-3 fish/hits.

    I’m planning on being out again after the weekend (tue) maybe the weather will even out and the bite will pick up.Good luck this weekend there is a lot of ice being made but still open water around too, so be carefull.

    ec, the wind was still blowing pretty hard today on Pool 11. Fished the Bertam Lake area and caught alot of small gills with a bigger one now and then. I didn’t catch any crappies but had to release alot of green carp that were trying to screw up my fishing.
